Dr Mussleman was very knowledgeable and friendly, but my experience was unfortunately not great overall for a few reasons. With other specialists I've used, generally I'm billed by the end of each visit. Here, I had no way of knowing the cost until weeks later, when I got the bills in the mail. Had I known sooner, I could have made a more educated decision to go with another provider - or, at the very least, not have subjected myself to the countless expensive tests I was told I needed. Receptionist really should be fired
Staff is super nice, Doctors have great bedside manners! I’m giving 4 stars because of the wait time. Waited almost an hour to be seen, then had to wait longer for the Dr to see me. But I’ll still be back because I trust Dr. Reddy, I’ll just have to take the entire day off I guess lol
