DR clark...wish you would have Heard me. I TOLD you I believed I had Roundworms. I have been suffering for years, NYUs Multidisciplinary approach saved my Life. So 2,500 so far 2 more weeks in this hell hole city. I got MYSELF Help. I wish Doctors would realize people know their bodies. I FOUND ASPERGILLOSIS, Strongyloides and SHISHTOSOMIASIS MYSELF, when you advised to stay away from the scope. Good thing I did not take your advice, as it was Killing my slowly and I FELT IT FOR 3 YEARS.
Dr. Kim is good once you actually get to see him but getting there is not AT ALL worth your time. His entire office and scheduling staff RUINS his practice. It taking you FOREVER just to schedule an appointment is only a taste of what’s to come. When you get to his office you’ll wait 1-2 hours at a minimum in the waiting room. But twice now after waiting 2 hours… they made me reschedule. NEVER AGAIN. Bye Dr. Kim. Let me know when you hire a COMPETENT staff. My time is just as valuable as yours!
If I could do negative stars that's what they would get. Who does not accept cash pay? We are unable to afford health insurance but are willing to pay in full for the procedure.
Absolutely horrific experience from start to finish. Office staff is completely incompetent. I was told one piece of very important information by someone in the office, (I will refrain from mentioning names), then the office manager called me back and said that information was wrong. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner. When and if returned, messages are rude and emails are blunt showing zero remorse for the delays and trouble caused by the staff. This was my first app with Doctor Kim. I didn’t have to weight to be seen, Dr Kim came at the exact time of my appointment. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced.
