I have been visiting North Texas EyeMed from 2019 onwards. Dr Dennis Goldberry is a cheerful and people friendly physician. His staff are also very caring and professional. I strongly recommend this place for all your eye care needs.

Dr Goldsberry is one of the best medical specialist that I have ever used for care. He is empathetic and informative. Most importantly, he takes the time you need as a patient and will explain things that you don't understand. Very highly recommended!
I will give a five star rating to Dr. Goldsberry and his assistant Kelly, they are just fantastic, but the front desk lady is super rude. Today me and my daughter were there and had a really horrible customer service experience with them. If it was somebody in my business I would just fire them. She gets zero from me for being so rude and unprofessional
Staff is so rude especially Manager and front desk. Even if you wanna visit Dr, you need to be mentally prepared to receive rude and arrogant behavior from them. They don't want to hear about your issues just trying to impose themselves to the patient.
