Dr. Kloesel and his staff are un matched. I have had eye issues my entire life. He also sees my kids and is so great with them! 10/10 recommend 👌
VERY professional and explains what each test they do is for when asked!!! The staff is VERY knowledgeable and polite. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kloesel’s for at least 25 years and HIGHLY recommend his practice!!! 💜
Should be able to give a zero rating, This so called Dr works @ Eye Consultants of Texas in Grapevine on Friday, My first experience was when I saw him for a follow up after cataract surgery. I also have dry eye & AMD. I’m extremely concerned about my eye health since my mom went blind from macular degeneration. This guy misdiagnosed me as having broken blood vessels in my left eye, and signs that disease could have advanced to the more serious wet MD. He referred me to Retina specialist. Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Kloesel and his staff! Everyone is so kind and informative! Dr. Kloesel is very thorough and answered all my questions. Also, a family member went to him with a very complicated eye situation and him and his staff did such a wonderful job listening to my family member and did a wonderful job getting what she needed! Will definitely be back for future eye exams! :)
