I had to keep trying to find out about my Dr's. Order for a CT scan. The gentleman I spoke to sounded pissed off and dismssive. This took way too long to schedule so my Dr. Has gotten me into an Imaging company that will see me Monday. This was a horrible experience. I'm glad that they have competition that cares. I wouldn't trust these folks ever.
Do not use these people!! - they don't stand behind their work. I discussed objectives of the visit with radiology technician which was to image a bone spur under the Achilles tendon. This is listed as the reason for patient visit on Radiology report so it is clear that these instructions were understood. The imaging does not show back half of the heel, which is where the bone spur is. NTX Digital Imaging refuses to admit their mistake and redo the MRI.
