Took my daughter to have a MRI and the entire experience from beginning to end was superb. Excellent customer service from the staff in the front and the MRI Tech Adrian helped calm my daughter’s nerves and provided much needed reassurance. Definitely worth the drive for us and highly recommend to anyone needing images done.
Available appointments within 2 business days, the facility is clean, comfortable and the employees were friendly and helpful. Adrian the technician was nice and respectful. I am self pay it was about 1/2 the price as doing an MRI in Rockwall. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had mri on Friday and was told we would get results Saturday and could pick up results - images. We went Tuesday and they’re not ready. Called them and told them we had to have them Wednesday by 9 am they said they’d put a rush on it and have them faxed to doctors office by then. Well guess what they don’t have them. Worst service ever. I told them we should’ve went to Envision
Original appointment scheduled for 05/18/2026 at 8 am - arrived, filled out new patient paperwork and sat in the waiting area. Around 8:35 I was informed that a part was not working on the machine and that I would have to reschedule. I told them that my lunch is 12-1 usually and to just call me with rescheduled date.
