Dr T is a great endocrinologist. I have been her patient for over three years, however, recent staff changes have made it impossible for me to continue using her. Their inability to get the lab orders to the correct lab in a timely manner means I have lost two days of work and still don’t have labs. The front desk promises a response in five minutes- 2 hours later still no orders. My time is valuable. I am now forced to find another doctor sadly because of poor administration.
This place is a joke, I had a referral to this doctor it took them weeks to call me but then they asked me for $75 deposit before I can get an appointment and by the way last year it was $50 which to me is ridiculous and stupid! First of all she has trouble reviews which I can see why if you are a good doctor you shouldn’t need a deposit, I would never go to a doctor that ask for this it’s not about the money it’s about ethics and trust and if you can’t do that for your patients how they suppose to trust you? I showed the app to my first appointment 28 minutes earlier. Doors were locked when I knocked. I was being told the office is closed until 1 p.m. I said to the person, which I think was the doctor, I have a 1 o’clock appointment, so come back at one, she said. Well, I came back at 1 o’clock. Dr. Tallapureddy is a fantastic endocrinologist! I am a Type 1 Diabetic with other health conditions, and have seen improvements in not only my diabetic management with Dr. Tallapureddy, but in my overall health.
