Dr. Tallapureddy is a fantastic endocrinologist! I am a Type 1 Diabetic with other health conditions, and have seen improvements in not only my diabetic management with Dr. Tallapureddy, but in my overall health. She takes time to listen to my symptoms and problems and always helps me make a plan to get to feeling my best! 🩵🩵
The doctor I saw was great, the office team was amazing, from the front desk, doc, and lab tech. However, the issue I had was with billing. Prior to me having my labs done, I asked if it was covered under my insurance and they said yes. I called a month after my labs to verify that everything was taken care of and that I had no bills. I left a voice mail and they have it on their record and they informed me that i had no outstanding bill and I don't owe anything. Do not use this Doctor or facility! Dishonest, disorganized, poor explanation of billing, double billing. Poor customer service. Billing they do not even know how to bill, basically humiliated my daughter, made her cry in front of her 2 children 9 and 3 saying she did not come for 1 year cause of her inability to pay. She had a 1 year old almost a year at the hospital, this people do not care, Julie at billing she is awful, shame on you, you don't deserve to be the office manager, disgusting.
