Wow, I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Mark and Luke made this experience so seamless and honestly so stress free!! Luke met me at Enterprise, picked up my car, dealt with my insurance himself, fixed our hail damaged car that was damaged ALL over (and made it brand new!!!), cleaned the car for us, and returned it back to enterprise, and we never lifted a finger. Eric and co. did a fantastic job on my Corolla earlier this year - communication was great, he offered options that he didn't have to in order to accomodate any inconvenience (I didn't have any, but it was still a generous offer), and the work was done when he said it would be. I don't wish for hail again, but if it happens (it's North Texas, after all), I have a solution ready to go with North Texas Dent Pros.
A BLESSING! NTDP came out of nowhere!! Educated me on the process, very kind and caring customer experience. Mark and Eric were great to me! I was hesitant at first because it seemed too good to be true. However, their work and client experience speaks for itself. My car looks new, clean, and dent-less! Thank you to all NTDP!
