I called to see if this company could check to see if I do indeed have a septic tank on property, we're not quite sure. So when I asked the gentlemen on the phone if septic tanks were at all in their ballpark, he said something unintelligible. I couldn't make out what he said, sounded far away from the phone really. So I stated "I'm sorry?" He then raised his voice "We don't do septic tanks!" Presumably so I could hear him better, but then hung up immediately after. Big pass on Gunters for me in the future.
Crazy prices. 500 usd for changing a cartridge faucet!!!
I have used NTCP for all our plumbing needs for many years. I have always been very pleased. Our go to plumber at NTCP is Nathan Duffy. He is terrific. Explains things in advance, provides alternatives, and has saved us money by offering great solutions to our plumbing problems.
About a month ago my car had a blow out on the way to work and I was in their parking lot struggling to put my spare on. One of their workers pulled up, got a lift out and immediately replaced my tire in less than half the time it was going to take me! He did this solely out of the goodness of his heart. Super helpful to a stranger in the parking lot so I can only imagine the level of professionalism they show on their actual plumbing jobs!
NTCP was able to help us with a tankless water heater issue. They were very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any plumbing need and we personally really liked working with Nathan Duffy. We will be using them moving forward.
