The gentleman came and did a wonderful job at installing a new water heater. I will call for any other job that needs to be done in my home. Excellent service.
This tech was assigned by Choice Home Warranty. First of all I should've known something was up when the tech wanted me to take pictures of my water heater and text them to him to eliminate him having to come out to my home. When I received the price it was higher than the first quote I received so I told him I would question Choice about it. I had the most professional and courteous guy, Jay help me with my water heater, diagnosed and replaced with no issues , even worked with my job hours to help.
