Timely and efficient work. They scheduled everything down to the day on when repairs would be completed and worked with me, insurance, and the rental company to make sure I was taken care of. They answered all my questions and worked with me on my schedule.
I called NTX Collision Center of Arlington to inquire about replacing some weather stripping on my x5. Bmw quoted me $1200 dollars. Due to the condition of the stripping Scotty was able to help me at not cost. He and his team were able to use some adhesive and fix mine for free. They are honest, helpful, and I am already planning to get some other estimates for some esthetic things I'd like to fix next. I would highly recommend this place based on customer service, and integrity alone.
