Order a palm from Joe in early January 2021 and the palm was placed on back order. NTCHP will not answer any messages I have sent concerning my order. Its been over 5 1/2 months and nothing. He did bill my visa card immediately after my order. I have had nothing but good experiences in ordering from the past but don't understand why he wont at least answer a call or message. 5/18/21
This guy doesn't know me from Adam. I recently moved into a home with palm trees. With the cold weather coming I needed advice. I called up and he ask me to text him pictures. He immediately replied with the advice I needed. I don't know when I'll need more help with palm trees or when I might buy some palms but when and if I do this is the ONLY place I'll go! Thanks so much for being so professional.
Joe and John are easy to deal with. Their selection is very large. The ONLY bad thing is that they're not near Houston :) I need more cold hard palms and cycads. Pat, in Houston
