Only had chimney flue cleaned and inspected. Fair price for service performed. Did not try to sell other service or things I did not need. I did have to wait a bit longer for my appointment date but it was expected for the season, I was worried about the large arrival time window (12-5). I was amazed when they asked if I wanted a call the day before when making the appointment. They did call the day before to make sure the appointment was still good.
