Husband wanted to rent a spot but wanted to look at it first. Went to the location and they don’t have an office. When you try calling, you can’t get through to anyone. Been on hold for more than 10 mins… and still counting. Not sure how you keep a business open when you can’t get anyone on the phone. Raises concerns if you have questions or issues once you rent the spot, how are you supposed to get ahold of someone to resolve it??? Edit- after 30 mins on hold… I hung up.

As a small business owner, we were able to rent out an entire storage building that holds multiple spots to store our equipment. We like the security and gate access. Management has been great working with and has been able to help meet our needs.

Took 1.5 hours to drop off our boat. Gate code provided didn’t work, and when we called no one was available to help. Not a great first impression.
