Hello, I have been trying to reach North TX Behavioral Clinic Midlothian (Billing department or other representative). A balance was paid and check cleared with a copy provided to the Midlothian office. This issue has been pending since 2025. I tried reaching out by phone (multiple messages left on inbox), emails, BBB complain (ID 24710395). Unfortunately, you have failed to communicate and resolve this complaint. My appointment was 3:45 today for one of my sons. The day prior I switched from one to the other due to an emergency. Of course that wasn’t done. I called the clinic OVER 6x today to get this sorted, no answer of course! Provider then comes in the appt almost an hour late! She knew my son’s situation was a bit of an emergency but she told me since she’s already so behind on her own appointments she booked, she couldn’t help us! WHAT! Full of the HOLY SPIRIT and the love of Jesus is evident in their hearts and minds. North Texas Behavioral Clinic has been so awesome ! The Midlothian locations staff is so welcoming and genuinely kind. They call to confirm appointments and call if there’s problems anywhere before making a jump on things. They have helped me so much in what seems like such little time !
