I had my ablation for Wolff-Parkinson’s White Syndrome by Dr Owen’s at NTA and Texas Health Presbyterian Denton. Straight up I’d travel around the world to get care from Dr Owen’s and his team. Dr Owens is skilled, kind, empathetic, accommodating, comforting, knowledgeable, confident, super experienced, and a top tier communicator and he pretty much saved my life! It was recommended by my heart Doctor to see Dr. Owen after the procedure first tried did not have any effect. Dr.Owen took over from there and explained what he said needed to be done. I was not too sure about it but he explained to me in detail what was going to happen. His bedside manner is outstanding and exuded confidence in me that the ablation was the right thing to have done. His credentials are also outstanding. Nothing but great experiences with Dr Owens. Highly recommend.
They do not have zero stars or I would leave a zero for sure! Had an appt for 1 pm, showed up at 12:58, got in an examination room, sat there for an an hour and twenty minutes (Dr. Khalid) never came in to see me, took all my information and billing paperwork and walked out. No thank you, lack of respect for the patience time! Now have to go and get a referral from my PCP? Totally unprofessional... Buyer beware on this doctor and facility!
