Amazing staff!
Went here for anger management class which was required for my parole. Paid money in advance then was informed by my parole officer that I couldn't attend class there after attending my first class because the state of Texas doesn't recognize the facility for that program which is why the class is only 10 weeks not the minimum 18 weeks required by the state for parole. I called numerous times and couldn't get a call back after they refused to return the difference in the money I paid toward the program. So my advice to anyon... read more
Amazing clinic. The staff actually care for their patients like family. Counselors are great and available. Nurses are caring. Front staff is run by peers who have been through the program. They even have a house for single women who need help. Highly recommend this clinic if you need to make a change in your life for the better! This clinic will help you if you are serious.
This clinic is so far above the other clinics in this area. The nurses are amazing. The nurses are professional, respectful, and always have a good work ethic. Obviously, there are always issues, especially in a setting like this. But the nurses at NTACE care and do a great job without exception. Also, as administrator of a state grant, NTACE does a fantastic job of being fair and effectively providing no cost addiction services to every one that asks for help. NTACE turns no one away.
