Jeffrey Willis I have been a customer for over 30 years. the first 10 of those years with Christ Photo, Sebring, FL and more recently, Willis Photo. I switched to all digital four years ago, and the staff was helpful. I currently shoot a Canon 30D. I find it as easy to use as my EOS Elan 7E. Great store, experienced staff. Been going to North Tampa Photo since 1991. Great store, well stocked. In general, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Busy place. Regarding some of the other posts: I admit, you can catch them on days when you'll get strictly business. On other days, you'll get warm, friendly advice. HORRIBLE SERVICE & ATTITUDES!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! First and last experience with these people. There customer service is very poor! The salesperson corrected the way that I said monolight when I asked if they carried any kits. Salesperson treated me like I was ignorant and I couldn't possibly know what I wanted. photo equipment a large selection of photo equipment. they have film,album,tripods,and all kinds of camera accessories. they have a photo lab so you can get film devopled right there. the staff helped me take better photo and gave me a bunch a new tips.
excellent shop for photographers i know that nowadays people prefer to go to target, cvs, walgreens, walmart etc to get their photos developed. But if ever you land up at his shop, you will really feel the difference in what quality means when it comes to developing and printing your pictures. they have the latest printers and machinery and provide 1 hour service photo printing too. Arrogant know-it-all Photo store I have to agree 100% with the reviewers who said that the employees at North Tampa Photography are arrogant and talk down to their customers. EVERY time I go in there the employees questions EVERY purchase I want to make. I've been a full time professional photojournalist for over 15 years. I purchased my first digital camera there and all of my digital photography equipment since. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help answer any questions customers may have. Bad Service I'm always a fan of supporting local shops, but I get the impression these folks don't care much about customer service and prefer to stand around and chat with themselves. Having visited the store twice and called twice, they just don't seem to care if you are there to buy something. Not even a hello when I was the only person in the store.
