I just wanted to express how awesome this center has been to our family ! Everyone is so friendly and caring n concern about the welfare of the children . My daughter love coming here and seeing her teachers and friends :-)
I was so disappointed with our experience at this location. I transferred my son here from the University Place location after he had been struggling with bullies though he had strong relationships with the teachers, caregivers and other kids and the overall care was satisfactory. I expected a similar outcome with the north Tacoma location however that was not the case. Right off the bat there were issues. The kids were completely out of control. I love this daycare! My baby is been there for 6 months now and the attention is great, he is always happy when I pick him up and Nicole is amazing, she is super quick to answer all your questions and help you navigate everything. As a new mom leaving my 6 month old baby was hard but they honestly made it easier. Would definitely recommend.
I am so grateful for the wonderful experience my daughter has had at this nursery. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always ensuring that she feels safe and happy. They treat the children with kindness and respect, creating a nurturing environment that allows them to thrive. I came here 12 years ago. My daughter attended here when I was going to TCC. She also started screaming crying when I dropped her off the second day and so on. I don't know what is going on at this place. But when I came to pick her up one day early she was moved to a different room by herself and a teacher. She was puffy eyed and crying. The lady was knelt down behind a counter on the floor with my daughter and I asked why is she crying. She said because she didn't want to take a nap.
