We were delighted with our experience at North Sydney Orthodontics. Dr Charles was careful and diligent throughout the process and gave clear recommendations for any decisions to be made. Rachel and her team were friendly and accomodating when booking appointments and we were always greeted with a smile. But most importantly, the results are outstanding. I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Daniels. There was a noticeable lack of personal care and attention to detail, especially when it came to adjusting my braces—things were often left half-done, and I had to deal with issues that should have been caught earlier. I didn’t feel like my input (discomfort or final result) was taken seriously.
