I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Daniels. There was a noticeable lack of personal care and attention to detail, especially when it came to adjusting my braces—things were often left half-done, and I had to deal with issues that should have been caught earlier. I didn’t feel like my input (discomfort or final result) was taken seriously. Charles, Rachel & all staff were always so welcoming and I was always greeted with a smile from my very appointment (I was an overseas transfer 🇮🇪) I would recommend anyone who is interested in orthodontic treatment to visit for a consultation as you cannot go wrong with this practice! Very accommodating, professional and I can guarantee you will be delighted with your smile at the end of treatment!
The most lovely team, they make every step of your journey as easy and comfortable as possible. I was a tricky patient and the team was endlessly patient and helpful to ensure I got the best outcome and was as comfortable as possible. Could not recommend them more!
Dr Daniels and the team are amazing. Highly recommend. They are very kind and caring, always with smiles in their faces and I always looked forward to seeing them in each visit.
