Smooth Visit and Helpful Staff
Greg, one of the nurses, was absolutely awesome. He really seemed to care, made sure that we were comfortable, and explained every step of the process. Every nurse and doctor that followed him was also equally attentive and compassionate. I’ve had really bad experiences in ERs with careless and rude doctors, this was not one of them. Thank you for being such an awesome team!
Honestly what can I say. I went for a broken thumb , the nurse that took care of me was Amanda and she had no concern about my pain just let me know how dangerous it is to OTHER drivers that I wasn’t wearing my seat belt and honestly it felt like an inconvenience to her (Amanda) that I was even there . In an accident that was not my fault , and didn’t even involve anyone else. Two ladies in front were so rude and snooty I wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.
