Stopped going here after the doctor called me almost an hour after my telehealth appointment and then charged me a late cancellation fee for not answering. I had to call 5 times before the fee was allegedly reversed (but not holding out hope that it has been). Was charged even though I was at my phone at the scheduled time, called into the office for an ETA, and have call logs for that day. In person appointments are no better with wait times often exceeding an hour.
