He was very thorough, and was good at explaining everything.
The lenses Dr. Lobanofff had implanted didn't have the desired effect, but he has done everything possible to rectify that. He has personally seen me several times and has done other procedures (at no cost to me) trying to give me the best vision possible. He and everyone else at North Suburban have always been professional and caring.
