This is a big conglermate with a "call center" that books all appointments, as I have come to find out. I wanted a consultation for a Blepheroplasty. I waited three months for it. When I met with the the nurse and the, I am assuming, optometrist, I spoke of my issue, and not once did they tell me that they don't deal with that issue. No problems after 2 years!
We were a few minutes late and they turned us away and my 5 year old first experience here she left crying. Very disappointed with the lack of empathy for a child’s eye care
