Perfect storage unit, secure, and clean. No issues whatsoever. Cindy was amazing and so helpful. We really appreciated her and the great customer service. We would use their facility again if we needed to.

Worst storage unit, I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but I have to give it to leave this review. unit was broken into due to a squatter. They knew about the squatter, this person or persons broken into a bunch of units and they didn’t inform us of this situation they just said the situation was being taken care of. Customer service is top notch. We were making a long distance move and N Street was accommodating and responsive. Some places that we called have yet to even call us back. We rented three units from N Street.

I needed a location to operate my construction business for a few years and North street storage was a perfect location. The self storage units came in handy when I needed some additional space. I felt comfortable with the security cameras and the place was kept clean and I always had easy access to my storage units. I would recommend North street storage and will return if I need a storage facility again in the future.
