Nice staff . But logistics are terrible. Can’t get through to speak with anyone and their prescription refill response is ATROCIOUS !!
I love my visits with Dr. Umar. She is a great doc and very thorough. She doesn’t make me feel rushed.
My initial experience as a patient at Emerald was excellent. Since they were bought out or reorganized as the current practice, my patient experience has dropped drastically. It’s now very difficult to get a timely appointment, calls for more urgent matters are often very late. Communication has been an ongoing problem. This practice is no longer setup to provide modern, timely, and responsive care. They appear to have lost several remarkable PA’s in the transition.
