Dr Yolanda Ho is a very skilled, competent and compassionate periodontist! She was very gentle and very detailed oriented (from prep, during procedure and post op). Very educational. Anesthesia was not fun (no lie) but it was very profound and accurate. The implant procedure went very well. I had no pain! I felt very comfortable that i was in good hands! The receptionist, Jen was helpful and welcoming. Christine, the dental hygienist was thorough and professional with an excellent patient rapport. However, I found Dr. Singh to be the opposite. She was almost aggressive in her approach and dismissive of my questions and concerns. When I asked for a long term treatment plan, with a cost analysis, I never received it. While I might recommend the practice, I would not recommend Dr. Singh.
I had my teeth cleaned by the best hygienist yesterday! She left no stone unturned!!!
Dr. Mehda Singh is fantastic! She explains everything clearly so you know exactly what she's doing and why. She's careful and thorough. Everything I want in a periodontist!
