I had a great experience at North Street Medical. Both the reception lady’s were lovely and friendly. Dr Ebony Stake was lovely and very helpful.
The Drs are awesome, they never dismiss an issue and always listen and display empathy. The same level of politeness and caring is also demonstrated by the reception staff who are awesome.
I just wanted to say what amazing service I receive whenever I have rung the Surgery...The receptionists are so polite when addressing me, can be heard in the way they speak and have made me feel very comfortable. They are a credit to the Doctors and surgery, so thank you to all at North St Medical..
