I was a nervous wreck getting an extraction today, if it wasn't for the dental nurse I would have backed out! Such a nice woman ! Total re assured me the whole time ! Didn't get her name but she was very good at her job !
I usually wouldn’t complain but i feel I have the right to do so. After almost a year I am still no further forward with my treatment this dentist has consistently put botched fillings and dosed me up on antibiotics and because I missed an appointment which I cancelled I was told to go elsewhere. No empathy or understanding that I am so anxious and scared each time I attend. The fact there is only one dentist in the practice speaks volumes. Absolutely love this dental practice.They go above and beyond when it comes to the care of their patients.. Won't go anywhere else now for my dental care
