Horrible place to work they have no staff and are very rud rude to the agency workers like my self that come to help them. Everybody’s outside all night smoking and on their phones and sitting around but if your agency in a couple minutes late you are in the wrong LOL do yourself a favor do not work or place any family members there
It is providing good care and has a new administration
We placed my Mother here in Oct 2018 based on their claims of memory care and alzheimers care. They were completely incapable of caring for her. Three different times in a one month span they called the E.R. and sent her out because they were not staffed or trained to deal with a women suffering with alzheimers disease. Do not be fooled by their marketing team this is not a good place for a loved one. Turnover by staff makes it impossible to contact anyone who is able or willing to help. The staff are amazing but new management has destroyed level of care. My father was in this facility for 4 years. I'm glad he did not live long enough to see what has happened. Short staffed. Overworked. Residents that should be in skilled nursing, not personal care. The angels that work there are beyond reproach, but the administration is only out for a buck. I don't think it is safe any longer.
