I called this guy up and explained that I had a problem with my coolant system. I was kind of pushy and he explained to me that he had his kids to give him 45 minutes. Well I called back because well let’s face it I wanted it done right then…. He was so nice put his kids in the car and came right to me. I’m soooo grateful I came across north state street management. After the experience I had with a different mechanic prior. I spent extra money for the issue that wasn’t fixed correctly.
