The doctor was kind and helpful. However, the front office is incredibly rude and doesn’t seem to understand patients should be treated with respect and compassion. I was chastised multiple times on the phone when trying to reschedule a missed appointment (due to an emergency), talked over and spoken to in a raised, condescending voice. Absolutely inappropriate and actually quite hurtful. 🥺
Had a 245 appointment today which I was told to show up 15 min early to. I did. 310pm I am still sitting in the crowded and overly hot waiting room. I ask, eta on being seen? I am pulled into the exam room right after, then wait there another 10-15 min. Opened the door to ask when the doc will be in, and was rather rudely told when he's ready, he's with another patient. Doctor was nice. HOWEVER to get get the actual sleep study test done was months out. the problem I have with it being months out. the problem I have with that is that I'm already falling asleep at work which is not good, next it will be while I'm driving. Now I see what people are saying about the health care system up this way, My God it's horrible
This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money.
My husband just tried calling them today and all they did was give him a short answer about having a referral and he has a referral for him to go and they didn't even try to take the time to even look for the referral in there system they just wanted to get off the phone and not deal with it
