We are very happy with North State Sanitation. We contacted them, and they were able to come out the next day. They sent me a message with the approximate time they would be here, and arrived right on time. They cared for our yard, and checked to make sure the plumbing was working correctly before they left. We were very impressed with their honest and prompt service.
Really happy with North State Sanitation. They pumped my septic, no complaints, and it was a great deal!
I called the night before at 10:30 pm as this is who previously pumped the septic tank, Lee called me back at 7:40 am saying he was booked for the day in Chico and might possibly be able do pump tank in the afternoon. He called back at noon and said his day was not going very well but he could get here tomorrow mid day, I said that I had found someone to come today and thanked him for calling me back and keeping me informed.
