My husband was transported home via North State tonight from Chapel Hill hospital, the two young men went above and beyond to get him home. They worked passed their scheduled time to make sure he got home tonight, transferred into his bed.They were very polite and professional and did not seem to be bothered by the time it took.

August 21, 2025 my husband was transported by North State from Sentara Albemarle in Elizabeth City NC to Sentara Norfolk General in VA. Non-emergent transport so when they were late getting there to pick him up, okay fine. That gave me time to get out of work, stop to get him a few things on the way and make it to Norfolk ahead of them. First off, I heard them ambulance before I saw the ambulance. It sounded awful. I have used this transport twice in the last two months. The crew that took care of me on my last incident were great. Susan Buchanan, Jacob Bryant and Steven Yakaboski were professional, and friendly. Made me very comfortable. Great crew. Thanks very much for all your help
