Nothing but issues with this company. Hard to speak to a real person. They allowed my insurance to lapse due to their mistake. Very expensive. Not helpful. Just switched insurance brokers today and got a much better rate. I had goosehead for 5 years and they would constantly tell me I could r do better on my rate and I trusted them. How much money did I waste?!? 1000s of dollars probably.
Mike was helpful, informative and went above and beyond while saving me money and getting me better insurance!
