Worked with Justin to try and get homeowners and to bundle all my insurances. He would say he was looking into it and will get back to me and never did. Not once but several times, I would have to contact him and he would act like it was the first time we had ever talked. just didn’t seem to care if he got business my business or not.
HEIDI WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL NAVIGATION THE NEEDS THAT I WAS REQUESTING.
After much searching and reading I found Alec on Goosehead insurance and he got me a good policy for a little less money. And put up with my poor use of the internet and inability to sign on line. Thank you for finding a home and auto policy to save me a little.
