From the moment I walked in, Laura (who I found out is the owner) was condescending and passive aggressive. I was trying to figure out if I had done something to her. But no she was just rude. During our interaction she told me 3 times “if not, then get go away” “If you don’t have it printed out, then go away” “If you can’t pee then go away” “That’s not enough, what am I suppose to do with that amount (insert eye roll) you should go away” Customer service is my background and even when I heard the go away twice, I swallowed ... read more
