I have had nothing but excellent service from this hometown bank! I urge anyone that wants personal service to switch to North State
We have been a customer for almost 6 years but can't wait to drop them like a hot potato. For the past few months they have been processing our online bill pay late without any apologies or reasons why. We pay them weeks ahead of time and when the payment is due to come out, it just says "processing" for days and days. We have "PLENTY" of funds and put in the payment early but it makes no difference. Stay away if you want to do online banking and you want your bills payed on time. They can't handle it and need to drop their ... read more
