My son called talked to a fella, they were coming next day, never heard anything from them. I called asked for a call back ... nothing. I called left a message stating I was mad cause they never showed, called etc. They called back saying they didn't know anything about it. Didn't have my number or any record of planning to come out. Never apologized for anything. If they can't train "help" to write things down and keep track of customers info why would I trust them with my son's car!?!
