Overall the company is an outstanding company and each interaction I had with the office has been great. However yesterday I called and “Sherri” answered the phone. My concerns were concerning I tracking device I found in my car and wanted to confirm that it wasn’t something someone slipped in the back seat of my car. Fraudulent, scandalous, scammers. Don't allow them to finance you. I put down 2k for a vehicle and they came and fraudulently repossessed it 12 days later, stating the car was never parked at my address. Which was a lie; even Google Maps shows an image of the car at my home address. Granted, I didn't stay home every night, as I don't have to, and they claim I lied about my address when everything I applied with, even my driver's license/insurance, was at this same address. I made my payments today. And all they're doing is harassing me. I made my payments on the due date. And i'm still getting a call saying i'm being harassed for payment.I hate them.
