They answered the phone very quickly, were very kind. The receptionist quickly transferred me to Neil, who was very sweet and checked inventory. We told him what we were searching for and we would be there shortly. When we arrived they were on the table waiting for us. He was very soft spoken and patient. What a lovely experience and we will be transferring here
I have a fairly busy schedule and do not regularly visit the eye doctor. I attempted to schedule an appointment and it's a 6 month wait. I asked if I could order additional lenses and was told I could not. This is one of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with the medical industry. I currently have X prescription, your office cannot get me in for 6 months and you also are not willing to provide me with lenses. Funny how that works.
