This trailer park has the most crooked management around. They will never fix pot holes, street lights or anything and yet they just raised lot rent to \$354 for single wides. The manager, Kathy Elias, will lie cheat and steal. I said that I might move my trailer out and she said that there is a standard \$600 anchor fee and that someone who lived in my trailer 3 yrs. ago didnt pay their lot rent for 3 months so they have a lien on it and I cant move it unless I pay that.
