Their appointments are a month out and require a deposit. I had extenuating circumstances day of, attempted to reschedule but are telling me another month. I asked for a refund on my deposit to which staff and office manager reminded me I knew of their cancellation policy and I forfeit my deposit. I'm new to this office, and have never even set foot in here, feels pretty brutal as a new client to be treated like this. No compassion, not flexible at all. Look elsewhere!
