Dr. Catar is an incredibly thorough and gentle doctor. She was so good with my nervous dog, and spent a lot of time building trust with my dog. I felt confident in the diagnosis and care we received. The support staff here (Tyler, Missy and the others I haven’t learned their names yet) always help us out, and spend time with our animals. It’s not an easy job, and they all do it so well.
Excellent services however, it says they open at 8:30 and yet they don’t answer well after opening hours?
We've been in Kimberley for a few years and have dealt with a few different vet clinics in the area. North Star has consistently went above and beyond whenever we've needed care for our pets. They've always done their best to fit us in same day, even when our issues aren't life or death emergencies. Their service is professional, friendly and helpful, whether over the phone, at reception, or in an exam room. What wonderful staff. The vet knew almost immediately what was wrong with our pet. After testing she was absolutely correct.
