Edit: The new owner Kim is exceptional. She was consistent in contacting me to reach a resolution, and was able to get me in within days. I called and left several messages to schedule an appointment. I even spoke with one of the therapists that said they would make sure someone in the office got back with me shortly. This was like 2-3 months ago? To date, I have not been contacted by anyone.
