This is long. We are full time RVers and had a flex armor roof installed at a different location three years ago. Unfortunately, this month, we discovered a soft spot on our roof. On further investigation, it appeared that the Flex Armor substrate had separated from a junction box that was installed at our original Flex Armor location. After I discovered the leak, I covered the area with plastic to prevent further water intrusion and searched for the closest Flex Armor installer.
