The BEST ASSISTED LIVING and Alzheimer's care faciliry I have ever visited. Having witnessed the care at a number of facilities in the Salt Lake and Provo and Orem areas for care for various close family members I am most positively impressed by the level of care and the varied activities at Jamestown. It is a lovely facility and appears to have a satisfactory ratio of resident/staff. Residents enjoy many activities as well as required physical therapy by trained staff. Becky was amazing from the moment i called to the day my dad passed away. Though my father failed to thrive as we had hoped- so he could yransition from the hospital to North Star my entire family agreed that because of the attention to detail from Becky- the rest of your staff must truly care about the little things that are SO important and personal! She made our experience manageable and was SO helpful with local resources! I know for sure when/if mom ever needs care- Becky absolutely will be the FIRST call we make!
I visit the North Star Retirement Community on a regular basis for work purposes and I must say I love the place! The atmosphere is always warm, inviting, and friendly - regardless if you are a resident or family or even a vendor. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the staff at North Star and I am convinced they are genuinely wonderful folks. Lincoln Court is the best. The staff is very kind and helpful. I also hear that they have great food which is very important.
Lincoln Court has the best assisted living in Idaho Falls. The food is great, the care givers are super helpful, but most importantly they do a great job at making you feel at home.
When I retire, North Star is the place for me! The staff, food, residents and beautiful apartments are perfect for the retired life.
My Girl Scout Troop 342 had a lot of fun playing bingo today with all you ladies. Thanks again for having us.
