Becky was amazing from the moment i called to the day my dad passed away. Though my father failed to thrive as we had hoped- so he could yransition from the hospital to North Star my entire family agreed that because of the attention to detail from Becky- the rest of your staff must truly care about the little things that are SO important and personal! She made our experience manageable and was SO helpful with local resources! I know for sure when/if mom ever needs care- Becky absolutely will be the FIRST call we make!
I visit the North Star Retirement Community on a regular basis for work purposes and I must say I love the place! The atmosphere is always warm, inviting, and friendly - regardless if you are a resident or family or even a vendor. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the staff at North Star and I am convinced they are genuinely wonderful folks. When I retire, North Star is the place for me! The staff, food, residents and beautiful apartments are perfect for the retired life.
This facility is like "home"! Everyone is so caring and supportive, the staff is very friendly and caring! The cleanliness is very impressive. I rate them 5 + stars!
