If it was possible I'd give less stars. It was a nightmare experience for my daughter to live through. Staff was uncaring, biased, cruel, and secretive. Management had no idea what was going on in the house. We're so grateful to be out of that situation.
Working with the staff and management is a grate experience. It's not like any other place, they are always there to help in any situation and keep everything on a professional level. Grate communication as well as company layout.
I have been with Northstar Rehabilitation for about 2 years now! I worked at other Reshab companies and have found that I love this company best! They are definitely stuck with me for awhile 🤣 I have found that the clients really appreciate and understand the staff and the staff make clients feel like family. I absolutely love working for this company they go above and beyond, not only for their clients but for their staff. They truly do care about everyone who depends on them.
This company, from the owners to the office staff, is a joke. One of the definitions of residential rehabilitation is reporting incidents: Report all incidents of abuse, neglect, or exploitation immediately... Letting clients go days without medication, not taking them grocery shopping so they have food in their home, staff shaming clients for being different, or staff intentionally antagonizing them into behaviors because per their policy and the contract the clients are made to sign when entering Northstar services if they... read more
