Working with the staff and management is a grate experience. It's not like any other place, they are always there to help in any situation and keep everything on a professional level. Grate communication as well as company layout.
I have been with Northstar Rehabilitation for about 2 years now! I worked at other Reshab companies and have found that I love this company best! I absolutely love working for this company they go above and beyond, not only for their clients but for their staff. They truly do care about everyone who depends on them.
This company, from the owners to the office staff, is a joke. One of the definitions of residential rehabilitation is reporting incidents: Report all incidents of abuse, neglect, or exploitation immediately... I have worked as a DSP for 10 years now. The last 2 has been with North Star. I freaking love these guys. As a house lead I can confirm higher up is mindful, considerate, and understanding of all angles for both clients as well as staff. They have allowed me to incorporate additional documentation for preventative measures. Our poky team has amazing leads and staff.
