De was excellent—he promptly provided me with a tour of the apartment within an hour of submitting my application. He assisted me with the application process and was able to answer all of my questions.

My girlfriend and I had a disappointing experience working with De. We were very transparent from the start, explaining twice that our credit scores were low due to past student loans and a resolved business debt. De encouraged us to apply anyway, stating that Rany Management would simply request co-signers if needed. However, after paying $130 in fees, we were denied outright with no mention of the co-signer option and no further assistance. It felt like our transparency was ignored just to collect the application fees.
