De’ was my agent. I responded to a CL ad and usually when you reach out to an agent they are not responding at all or it takes hours or days at best. He answered promptly and I saw the apartment within 2 hours of viewing the ad. I applied immediately after seeing it. He was even early for the showing. Lovely person and didn’t leave anything out. Followed up with me to see if I got approved. His promptness was the key or I probably would have lost this unit to someone else. I really do appreciate the speed. Thanks North Star!

I worked with De’ of North Star Real Estate, he really gave you the sense that North Star cares about the quality of the property management and of the building itself. And he looked out for you too and took your budget into consideration. It helped give me a reality check when I was getting ahead of myself and was very appreciated. Overall great guy and made the experience enjoyable.

Super grateful for De, he was truly a blessing. He helped me when I was desperate and he found me my perfect home. He listened to my needs and met them and he got back to me right away with answers. I would definitely use him again.
