North Star Property Solutions remodeled the home we bought earlier this year. The updates the did are gorgeous, and so far (8 months in) seem to be holding up! It's not the typical "cosmetic" touch up so it looks good, but actually isn't any good, which is a relief. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that in their update, they didn't take air flow into consideration and when vaulting ceilings didn't plan for the need to have hot air escape, which meant our AC didn't work the entire summer (yes, this 2019 sum... read more

Working with Jon Greany of North Star Property was the most efficient property transaction I have ever done. Jon was very knowledgeable and was in constant contact with me as we moved through the process. We were able to agree on all aspects of the deal and closing went as planned and was completed on schedule. I would highly recommend North Star and in particular Jon Greany.
