Excellent business to work with. They sent out full teams to get the work done in an efficient manner. We loved their process. When talking to their workers, they called themselves artisans taking pride in what they did. And they were! We've replastered 3 times in 44 years. This was by far the best quality work we've had done. We did plaster with a pebble finish and new pool tile. Love it. New deck surface next! Highly recommend North Star Pools.

We reached out because we needed to replaster our pool. They returned our call and were able to come out quickly to take a look at the pool. However, they never actually provided a written quote. We never heard from them.

Overall they did a good job, we love the final texture and color of the pool. Feels like brand new.

Overall they did a good job, however we did have a couple frustrations. The crew did not properly put back our light and used a different screw than the original, which was not meant for water resulting in rust pluming all over. They also did not put back the surrounding lighting plate. When we asked Northstar about fixing the rusted screw (which can cause damage and staining) they said they would come fix it, but never came. Several followup emails have been ignored.

The excellent online reviews that led us to North Star Pools Plastering are well deserved and we couldn't be any happier with our recent experience. Dealing directly with the owner, Antonio, for the estimate and scheduling made the process simple and transparent. There was no upselling and there were no unexpected surprises or costs.
