I was impressed when he came for a free inspection. Polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. That’s why the two stars. As a single dad at the time, however, I couldn’t afford it. Months later when I could pay, I called back, they came again for an inspection (despite not needing one. I knew the problem existed.) I learned he offered a better service for only slightly more. While saving for This service, I saw him in town and said hi, only to be rudely told that I was wasting his time and next time he would charge me more.
These guys are awesome! They came in and where so polite upbeat and reassuring. They treated our place with the utmost respect 🙏 thank you so much ❤️
The quality of their provided-service (top-notch) is surpassed only by the quality of their customer service (which is positively stellar). I highly recommend North Star Pest Control if you're in need of pest assessment or abatement - I really can't praise the team at North Star Pest Control enough.
